Reel Creator Position

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, high-energy Reel Creator to join the IGE Education marketing team. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex educational information and engaging, viral-ready content. You will be the visual storyteller for our brands (IGE Education, The IG Club, etc.), turning student success stories and university tours into captivating short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Production: Concept, script, film, and edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
Trend-Jacking: Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, and transitions, adapting them creatively to the education niche.
On-Ground Coverage: Attend events, university tours, and office activities to capture “behind-the-scenes” and “vlog-style” content.
Student Engagement: Conduct “tiny mic” interviews with students and experts to build authenticity and trust.
Performance Tracking: Analyze video metrics (watch time, reach) to refine content strategy and boost engagement.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all video content aligns with the professional yet inspiring tone of IGE Education.

Requirements & Skills

Technical Mastery: Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN) and/or professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Creative Eye: Strong understanding of framing, lighting (even with just a smartphone), and visual pacing.
Storytelling: Ability to turn a “dry” topic (like visa requirements) into a 30-second hook-driven video.
AI Savvy: Familiarity with AI tools for voiceovers, auto-captions, or script generation is a major plus.
Portfolio: A proven track record (links to a portfolio or social handles) showing previous work with Reels/TikToks.

Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing.
Background or interest in the international education or travel industry.
Comfortable being both behind the camera and occasionally in front of it.
